Blake Pyle is a trusted and highly accomplished Senior Financial and Operational Executive with successful experience working in public and privately-held companies including multi-unit, multi-location operations in the payment services, merchant acquiring, direct selling, direct marketing, restaurant, manufacturing and distribution industries. He has worked with multiple private investor groups from the due diligence stage to ongoing investor relations. Blake also co-founded and served as CFO of 5 affiliated payment services companies over a span of 8 years.
As CFO of multiple high growth small and mid-size companies including startups, Blake has been a strategic financial and operational partner establishing vision and plans and developing business models for organic growth with a focus on creating enterprise value. Blake has implemented financial reporting systems and infrastructure, developed realistic growth plans, established key performance indicators, measured accountability, built strategic partnerships and vendor relationships, and managed all aspects of Finance and Human Resources Administration.
Blake has extensive experience in senior financial capacities with 3 companies ranging from $250 to $500 million in annual revenue providing financial reporting, financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting and key performance indicator reporting as well as mergers and acquisitions due diligence.
Throughout his career Blake has proven he can quickly identify and understand situations unique to a company, provide sound modeling and forecasts that lay out a roadmap for management to understand the economic drivers and results of specific strategic initiatives. He has managed through high growth periods, developed infrastructure and prepared for future growth. He has also successfully transitioned through business downturns and consolidations.
Blake received his Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, where he played baseball and was co-Captain.
For the past 15 years Leon has served as founder/CEO of US Probate Leads, a real estate lead-based management company specializing in probate properties, and he recently assumed the role of CEO for Probate Executors, LLC.
Leon has been through the probate process multiple times and has served as an Estate Executor several times. He understands the frustrations faced by executors and has experienced many of the trials and tribulations that Probate Executors was been created to solve. His background in helping startups and large corporations and in founding multiple startups makes him uniquely qualified to work with Estate Executors to assist them in addressing the many questions they may have and in helping them manage their finances, properties and assets.
For more than forty years, Leon has worked with various sizes of firms, from startups to major corporations in management roles ranging from COO for a mid-sized staffing company that grew from 5 individuals to $100M in sales to a National Manager for several Fortune 500 companies in capacities as National Sales Manager, National Proposal Manager, as well as, the CEO of several startups.
He offers considerable experience in starting organizations from the ground up. With almost 20 years as a senior consultant and turnaround specialist, Leon is adept at expanding growth opportunities for companies of all sizes and at addressing problem areas encountered in process-driven companies. He has participated in all phases of high-tech company management from implementation to rollout and has managed large operations ranging from software development to restructuring sales support organizations, to establishing regional professional services training and in growing an international staffing company.
Leon served in the US Army as a commissioned officer, received his BS and MS in Aerospace Engineering (Celestial Mechanics) from the University of Texas at Austin and his MBA in Finance and Management from the University of Oklahoma in Norman.
Kristine is an innovative organizational anthropologist with 10+ years’ experience influencing organizational change management and employee/customer engagement. She is an experienced researcher and is well versed in communicating findings to internal and external stakeholders.
She is a dynamic leader designing, implementing, managing, and conducting multiple organizational development projects. She is a visionary with excellent written and public speaking skills.
While in academia, she taught anthropology courses at several universities including Auburn University and George Washington University. She also furthered a research agenda on the human dimensions of natural resource management in Belize and Honduras with publications and conference presentations on women’s experiences in tourism employment and the impacts of ecotourism on household livelihood security and vulnerability.
Since joining the real estate world, Kristine has been actively engaged in a number of probate-related projects. She already has two probate books to her credit and has developed several webinars exploring probate-related issues.

With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience and expertise, Pam Goodwin is confident to be able to look at any type of property and create a step-by-step and turn key plan with the highest profit value. As VP of Commercial Real Estate for Today’s Investor Club, her experience is invaluable. Pam is founder of Goodwin Commercial in Dallas, Texas, a commercial real estate consulting firm specializing in developing retail and restaurant pad sites. Prior to starting her own firm, she worked for several large shopping center developers including The Hahn Co., Macerich, General Growth Properties, and on the tenant-side with Brinker International where she developed more than 50 pad sites throughout the country for Chili’s and On the Border Restaurants.

She is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), member and requested moderator for the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and Real Estate Professionals (NTCAR), Deals in Heels member and a licensed Texas real estate broker. Pamela was selected as Southwest Woman of Influence by Real Estate Forum, and she is a member and contributor for Forbes Real Estate Council.
Pamela is on the Advisory Board Member of Women’s Leadership Live. She is an approved Texas Real Estate Commission instructor and part of the coaching staff for commercial real estate courses with Think Realty. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Paul brings more than 40 years of diverse M&A, finance, capital markets, and operational experience; from large public companies to closely-held small and medium size entities, he has served as CFO, COO, CEO, Vice-President, or consultant. He has worked with businesses of all sizes and brings a wealth of experience to this role. Raising capital for business of all sizes is second nature for Paul.
As a Principal in the Morgan Investment Group, for just over 10 years, Paul was responsible for providing the acquisition and growth funding of many businesses across the U.S. He worked on a JV with Walmart/CIFRA and a major Real Estate company in their early expansion into Mexico for the exponential growth of the joint venture throughout major cities in Mexico; he also worked other client engagements including manufacturing, aerospace, transportation and self-storage & warehousing companies. In virtually all of these engagements, Paul had direct hands-on responsibility for arranging senior debt funding, mezzanine funding, multiple classes of common and preferred stock offerings through private, and public offerings which resulted in listings on the NASDAQ NMS, American Stock Exchange, and NYSE. The total value of capital markets funding and financing for client companies that Paul raised during this time was in excess of $2 Billion.
Additionally, he has demonstrated an ability to raise sizable amounts of funds as a CFO where he raised over $35+ Million for 2 healthcare-related firms through private placements with Accredited Investors, Strategic Partners, and PE firms. By making several acquisitions of strategic businesses as CFO & EVP, he grew each company’s footprint and product offerings dramatically, leading to an NASDAQ/NMS listing and $75 Million private placement funding offer.

For the past 18 years Randy has served as the Owner /President of Homewood Properties, Inc.. He has overseen the purchase, renovation and resale of over 150 distressed, single family residential properties. He has personally wholesaled over 800 properties to other investors via a huge buyer database of buyers that he has built to over 65,000 members. Randy also owns 43 single and multi-family rentals and owner finance notes.

Joe went straight from high school into the US Navy Nuclear Submarine service. He spent 6 years there and then spent 17 more in commercial nuclear energy, achieving his Senior Reactor Operator license with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
